If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 calendar days of the date your package was delivered. Exclusions may apply.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. All returns must be authorised by Orostad.

A 7€ charge for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
