We offer a 1 year warranty to take care of your item if any breakage or damage occurs. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. 

Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Only items purchased directly from our website and stores are covered by our warranty.

In the unlikely event of a repair issue stemming from a manufacturing defect, OROSTAD will cover all associated repair or replacement costs. Additionally, we will replace any side or accent diamonds that may become dislodged due to such defects.

Kindly note that our warranty does not extend to lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Furthermore, it does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear or negligence.
